Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.
Everyone, not just we diabetics, are faced with fears and failures on a daily basis. While our brain physiologically holds us back to avoid fearful and dangerous situations, these situations are unavoidable on our journeys towards personal growth.
Danger and fear are such a huge part of the life of diabetics, as well as frustration from the time when things do not go well, when we face exhaustion from constant management of the diabetes – the 24/7 hustle. And these situations happen. Often. Every single high sugar reading on a meter can cause the feelings of failures, even though we have not “done anything wrong” to cause this situation. Samuel Beckett’s quote is so applicable to the life with Diabetes that I have become very much aligned with it and use it as my daily inspiration. Everyone fails, it’s important to get up and enter the arena.
Join me to TRY AGAIN and FAIL BETTER! It’s more fun when there’s company…
